Black Strap Mai Tai

2 Cruzan® Aged Light Rum
0.5 DeKuyper® Orange Curacao or Triple Sec Liqueur
0.5 Orgeat Syrup
0.25 Simple Syrup
1 Fresh Lime Juice
Float Cruzan® Black Strap Rum
Garnish: Pineapple Slice or Mint Sprig

Put it all together

Combine all ingredients (except Cruzan^® Black Strap Rum and the garnish) into a shaker and add ice. Shake until well chilled. Strain into a cocktail glass over fresh ice. Float the Cruzan^® Black Strap Rum on top. Garnish with a pineapple slice or mint sprig.
