Serves 4:
4 parts Cruzan 9 ® Spiced Rum
2 parts Ruby Port
4 large eggs
4 parts sugar
1 tsp freshly-grated nutmeg
16 parts whole milk
Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend on a medium setting for about 30 seconds to a minute. Chill in the refrigerator for 1 hr prior to serving. Sprinkle cinnamon on top to garnish.
